Frequently asked questions
- I paid but did not receive my gems / pack.
- Make sure the device is online and reopen the game: the purchase is delivered as soon as the store confirms it to our server, usually within seconds. If it still does not arrive, e-mail us with the store receipt and we will credit it manually.
- How do I restore purchases on a new device?
- Sign in with the same account (Settings → Account), then use Settings → Restore purchases. The starter pack and other one-time products are restored from the store; gem packs are consumables and are delivered once, at purchase time, to the account that bought them.
- How do I keep my progress if I change phones?
- Link your account to an e-mail address, Google or Apple in Settings → Account. Your progress is then saved to the cloud and follows you when you sign in on another device.
- How do I delete my account and data?
- In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account. Instructions are also on the account deletion page.
- Ads, tracking and privacy choices
- Rewarded ads are optional and only play when you press a button. On iOS the system “Allow tracking” prompt decides whether ads may be personalized; you can change that answer in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EEA/UK the ad consent form can be reopened from Settings → Privacy choices → Ad partners & consent. Details: Privacy Policy.
- Refunds
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Request a refund through the store you bought from: Apple — request a refund or Google Play — refunds.
- The game crashes or a battle looks wrong.
- Update to the latest version from the store first. If the problem persists, e-mail us a short description (what you did, what happened) and a screenshot if possible.
